Can someone register as an Investment Advisor in California if they've had a recent bankruptcy?



I was planning on taking the Series 65 exam soon in order to register as an Investment Advisor in California, however I've filed for bankruptcy two years ago. Am I still eligible?

You can register as anything you want. The only problem is that if you can attract clients.
