My insurance isn't covering much on my health and dental. Is there a supplemental insurance i can buy?

Insurance options not so good for dental unless it is through your work. You generally end up paying more for the insurance than you would if you just spent out-of-pocket because there really aren't any "big, expensive emergencies" with dentistry.
I believe Aflac offers a supplemental insurance. Aetna has a good discount plan for dentists who accept it. The one good thing I think about getting a dental insurance is that you can be eligible for "write-offs".
