Why does a stock go down when someone sells that stock?

Someone else is buying it in order for someone else to be selling it.

Also, is investing in stocks all about getting out(selling your shares) before someone that has more shares than you sells all of theirs, forcing the stock to go down tremendously. Is that the real reason why the stock falls, is because someone with majority of the shares sells theirs?

Get a shoe box. This is going to be your company.
Pretend 4 people each drop $ 25 into it as an investment for a total of $ 100
If one person takes his $ 25 out, less money in the box (company stock)
