What is the difference between an Insurance Agents' Association and a Cluster?
The question is in terms of how an insurance agent/broker has access to insurance carriers.

You posted on the USA board. Here in the USA, agent associations - like IIABA, don't give you access to insurance carriers, besides the association E&O program.
And we don't use "clusters".
