what happens if i dont have insurance but the car im driving does?
i do not have insurance yet, i just got my license. but it is my moms car and she has insurance. do i need to get insurance? im scared to drive, what if i get pulled over and get in trouble?

In the UK, in that situation, you need to be anamed driver on your mums insurance policy. Dunno if its the same for you yanks
