What are the consequences of defaulting on a student loan?
Lets say I take out loans for the next two years at a university + four years at a medical school.
and then when I'm all done, I default on the loan. What are the consequences?
my professor said thats what i should do so i dont have to pay it

You will get in big trouble with the loan company, court, a bad credit score, if you get a medical license they can revoke it.
