Is there any philippine bank that issues virtual credit cards?

Hi everyone, Im wondering if there are any philippines banks that offer virtual one time use credit cards for online shopping?
The card number and cvv is generated online from within your online banking area and can be used online within 24 hours.

Anyone know if this feature is available with any bank? I know some indian banks have this.
