Can someone withdraw money out of your bank account without your permission?
If they do this do they need permission from the bank? Who do you report this to? What banking department?

if there is noone else on your account, the answer would be NO. the only exception would be if there was a judgement against you in court for some financial debt you owed. you need to get yourself directly to the bank and speak with the mamager, someone could have keyed in the incorrect account no..
