Can I check parent plus eligibility without accepting loan?
I am going to be a junior in college next year, and for the last two years my parents have been denied for a Parent PLUS loan. Which is fine, because then I am able to receive the extra stafford federal loans as an independent student (which is all I need anyway). So what I'm wondering is, if for some reason they are accepted this year, do I have to take the loan? Is there any way to check eligibility without committing to the loan in case it is approved for my parents? The reason I ask is because they wouldn't be able to afford the loan, and I would rather have the federal loan so they won't have to pay it back. Thanks!

No. I don't think so. But if they've been denied twice already chances are they'll be denied again.

I went out to take pictures of neon signs. Don't ask me why.
