can a cirrus bank card holder deposit a check in a cirrus member bank atm or bank away from the home bank?

We are in Florida, and have received a check by mail. We would like to deposit it in our home bank account, but no Chase branches here. Chase is a Cirrus member, as is Sun Trust and others in this area. Is it possible to make a deposit into our home bank account though the local Florida Cirrus member bank or atm?
