Im trying to figure out what this bank account is called, how do I get it and what is the most reliable bank?

A Savings account, just ask in your local bank. It,ll have higher interest rate than a current account

Most relable bank, not sure where your from, but from my experience td bank in Canada , barcleys in the uk and aib in Ireland r all worth using
