Were American colonists wrong for being against British taxation when the colonists benefited from Britain?

The same reason the Teatards are wrong today?
Oh and cons can forgot the talking point of "unfair taxation" a government has the right to tax 100% and for any reason if they want too.

The Declaration of Independence lists a lot of reasons why the Colonists were right.

Also governments don't have "rights"...they have "powers" and in the case of the USA's federal government a few powers were granted, many were not. No thinking person would ever consider granting a government the power to tax at 100%.
