How to tell if a stock is underpriced? and Cottage Stock

How to tell if a stock is underpriced?

How can i tell if a stock is underpriced by reading the charts? And are underpriced stocks a good investment or can they collapse and fall to zero?

Anything can fall to zero.
Right now we just had a major pullback so I'm guessing that is why you are asking the question.

Underpriced is generally considered in relation to the stocks PE.

Check out stocktwits if you are interested in trading, there is some great advice on there.
