What kind of business insurance is needed for a daycare?

Depends on the exact circumstances, which is why it's best to talk it over with a local agent.
Some possibilities include, but are not limited to:
commercial auto
property coverage
general liability
accident coverage
workers compensation
abuse and molestation defense
commercial excess/umbrella
and even with those broad categories, there are lots more options.
For business insurance, your best bet is to talk to an expert. You can't buy it over the internet, anyway, so might as well get THEIR opinion about what the "good deals" are in your neck of the woods.
