Which bank allows you forgiveness if you overdraft the first time?

I overdrafted for the first time in 3 years at Bank of America. As a last resort, I want to say that i'm going to switch to a bank that gives forgiveness for your first overdraft. I thought there was such a bank....I really hope there is!

Most banks as a courtesy will give a one time refund of one overdraft fee.
