Can i go to the bank without parent or guardian to have notarized letter from bank?

I'm going to college during the fall for 2 years only. I have to get notarized from a Bank to my college before they accept me in college. I'm 19 years old. I have Non- Driver License. Can i go to the bank without parent or guardian to have notarized letter from the bank? I live in Tuscaloosa,Alabama.

Once you are 18 and over you shouldnt need your parents for that. You do need some type of id.

This is a bank of the reservoir at Saddington, Leicester-shire, this morning, covered with hundreds of buttercups.

The lens was my Sigma 10-20mm, I forced myself to use it for most of the morning................... I tend to stand too far away from the subject when shooting.... so either a wasted morning or some reasonable shots.
