How many people are actually aware that stock prices are PROBABLY changing randomly?
Most people think that trading stocks and making stock predictions is all about skills while...there's a whole legion of academics who think that stock trading is nothing but gambling most of the time. And that said - that stock prices change randomly, just because stock prices depend on news and news are unpredictable. This is the general almost dogma for quite some time now...

The stock market is basically an auction, Stock prices are determined by what a buyer is willing to pay and a seller is willing to sell at,
If no one wants to buy a stock for what a seller is asking, No sales will be made,
Yo are correct in the sense that playing the stock market is legalized gambling on a large world-wide scale,

Stocks of Atlantic bluefin tuna have dropped dramatically since the 1990s. This week MEPs will vote on measures that include further reducing fishing quotas and strengthening controls over bluefin tuna fishing in the eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean. Spanish Green MEP Raül Romeva i Rueda (in the photo) says tuna sanctuaries could be the answer in his report debated on 22 May and approved the day after.
