How to remove a bank from being a trustee?
Theres an estate and the bank is a trustee and I was just wondering how to remove the bank as a trustee because they want to charge over $ 30000 to do the stuff.

You will have to get a lawyer and go to court. The person who named the bank as the Trustee must have wanted it to be managed by someone who was not the benefactor of the estate. However, if the Trustee is taking advantage, a different bank's Trust department could take over if the judge orders it.
