Is your bank not yet online or not yet have online banking?

I bank at a small bank in a town of just over 200. It is just the one location and they don't yet have online banking.
They've have debit cards for about 5 years now.

I can understand your bank situation. purchase the banking online software may cost the bank a fortune , so they may let the people just coming pay bill by checks.

Banks - the bane of human existence for seven centuries and certainly the source of considerable misery in recent years. Regulations put in place in the US to prevent a repeat of the Wall St Crash and Great Depression were stripped away since the 1990's by the US Government under pressure from the financial sector. Similar regulations were removed (or simply never existed in the first place) in nations across the world. And now the result - chaos. Ruined economies, mass unemployment and cuts, cuts and more cuts. This however has given conservative and other right wing governments the perfect excuse to begin stripping away much of what makes the UK and other countries in any way civilised. For all the apparent losses - many of the small minority of the rich have made even more money from the crisis itself and since. Leading some to suspect that this financial crisis was not just likely but manipulated into being. The banks instead of being penalised have in fact been greatly rewarded, and the vast majority of the public across numerous countries are expect to take the burden of the consequences of the greed of others.
