When you buy a car that was manufactured oversea, will you have to pay any other tax other than sales tax?

I am a foreigner and do not know quite well the United States taxation system. I need this information for a class's homework so can someone help ?
Assuming the vehicle is brand new, and has to be shipped to the dealer in USA.

No, ay other axes will be included in the sales price, but inmost states there will b e a title fee.
