How do I get money wired to a bank to take out cash?

My dad said it is possible to have money 'wired' from my bank account to a bank and I could take out cash from the bank like that. How do I go about doing that?
I need the money by this Friday and my bank is with State Farm, and there is no local SF bank in the area
I do have a debit card, but an ATM wouldn't allow me to take that much out, and I wanted to pay cash because the guy I'm buying a car from said he wouldn't give me the car until the check clears.

If you need cash, why don't you take cash out of the bank account you already have?

Did not know State Farm had a bank.
You can call State Farm Bank and they can wire money to any other bank in your area.
Funny how you don't have a debit or ATM card.
