How to avoid taxes legally in upcoming commission with purchases?
i'm a Canadian citizen and I work as a broker between an investor and the employer.
I am being paid 1 million in commission, but I fear the high taxation.
I don't mind paying for income taxes, but an entire commission taken off high percentage would be wrong.
If however, I ask the employer to purchase an apartment in another country, and later hand of the deeds(?) of the apartment. And, buying this and that, tangible product wise, I can technically not pay for the taxes legally right?

No. That's attempt tax fraud. You get paid whether it's in cash or property.
