Once your convert a convertible bond into a stock, can you covert it back to a bond?



Also if you conver the convertible bond into a stock...do you still have the benefit of the bond characteristics of having principal and interest paid

No. Once converted, the bond is gone and you own the common stock, just like any other stockholder.
