I have to earn money with little initial investment. any safe bet to do it?

Shares, but you will need to be in for a long term investment.

The stock market is terrible at the moment and shares are worth very little. Buy something reputable that you trust will regain strength after the recession. It will take a few years to build back up but I think it's worth the wait.
