How does the military loan repayment work?

How does the military loan repayment work? If the military helps you pay for your loans, then will you be unable to recieve tution assistance and GI Bill? or is it both or just one of the either? or do they pay back your loans, and give you both the TA and GI Bill?

If you use the College Loan Repayment Plan (CLRP) then you will forfeit your GI Bill but you will still have access to Tuition Assistance. The forfeiture of your GI Bill is only for your first term of enlistment. Should you decide to re-enlist, you will get your GI Bill back.
