What is the best investment for my savings (read:safe) that could yeild as close to 10 percent annually?

Just want to move some money into a stable investment that will yield 10 percent annually. Also wondering is 10 percent a pipe dream?

10 percent is a pipe dream. Invest in hearing aids. More and more people are getting older and because of handheld devices more and more people need hearing aids.
