What was the anit federalist view on these subjects? and DC is Offered a Vote in Congress

What was the anit federalist view on these subjects?

Congressional Powers of Taxation and War

Bill of Rights

and could you tell me why they felt this way please?

Taxation best answer:

Answer by hmm...
anti federalists did not like the federal government to have too much power because they supported states' rights. so, they probably did not want Congress to have too much power with taxation and war declaration.
the anti-federalists liked the Bill of Rights. it gave people individual liberties, and gave more power to the people. the only reason we have a Bill of Rights, actually, is because it was pretty much a bribe for others to ratify the Constitution (if i remember correctly)
