Should I change my Car Insurance company?
I am planning to renew my current automobile insurance policy.
I am told by my current provider that in spite of my clean driving record, automobile insurance rates are rising.
In light of developments and changes in insurance carriers, policies and regions, is this TRUE or am I being told a "partial-truth"?
