How do I find how I can get a license to sale insurance in oregon? Are there any good websites that I can study that have oregon laws for insurance?

licenses are issued by the state. see their website for requirements.
if oregon is like other states, the P&C and A&H license exams aren't very hard. The life exam is more difficult.
