I work in Parma, OH but live in Brecksville. Parma charges me city taxes but I cannot vote in Parma. This is taxation without representation and I do not see how this is legal.

When you file with RITA for Brecksville, you may get a credit on your taxes paid in Parma.

This is why you should live in the city you work in.

Taxation without representation is not illegal. It was a complaint of the revolutionaries, but, if it really steams you, move to Parma, or get a job elsewhere.

One of the most beautiful things about the USA is the FREEDOM to express one's opinion. Hundreds of "tea parties" are being held across the land by those concerned at the moment with runaway spending.
