Not an easy thing to find.

You can try the statistics Canada website to see if they have tax statistics by industry. I don't think so, but worth a shot.

Best bet would be to use a university library (if you have access to one) to search for industry publications or academic journals that might have looked at those questions. If you are at college or university and are having trouble finding the info, ask a librarian for help. They are expert at helping people find info.
