Can i cook chicken in stock i made last night?
I made chicken soup last night. Now I have a lot of stock and not a lot of chicken. So I was thinking I could reheat the stock, and add more chicken.

Yes, it's that same thing as using stock to poach your chicken. Just make sure you let it simmer long enough to fully cook the chicken.
