What will happen if a region has only one company that issues a stock?

In 2011, Cambodia's company decided to issue a stock and it was the only stock in the market. At the beginning, the stock price rises up for 3months , however, after that it started to decrease rapidly until now. Will this stock price rise up in the future ? Also, there is another company called Telecom that is currently issuing a stock. Soon, we will have 2 stocks to trade. When the Telecom stock is issued, should i buy many shares from them since it just start to compete with the first company?

If you want a great profit then you have to buy old companis down stock, if you want profit in short time then buy the new companis share. If you have huge money then you buy 60% new companis share and 40% old companis down share. And after all calculate from this message what you have to do or not.
