What is university of california offers undergraduate an undergraduate finance major?
If not, what colleges in California would you recommend that offer a Finance major? Thank you.

No UCs currently offer finance. Berkeley and Irvine only have the business administration degree, which may include some finance courses. Berkeley is really tough to get into for business, but very much worth it. Some California State Universities have the major. San Diego State, San Jose State, Cal Poly SLO etc... are the better ones in that system. University of San Diego, University of San Francisco, and Santa Clara University are the good private schools that offer it.
