What exactly do I need to bring with me to the bank when opening a bank account in the Netherlands?

Also, I want to have a bank card, how long will it take for me to receive this?

Valid id, preferably a passport. if you are employed bring a recent payslip as well. A bank card, some banks will hand you one directly, with other it will be in the mail in 2-3 working days.
