What can affect the strength of a hydrogen bond?

I know that they're not as strong as a normal covalent bond, but stronger than normal dipole forces. What can make the hydrogen bond weaker or stronger? Temperature changes - hot, cold? Please help!
Thanks in advance.

The strength of a hydrogen bond depends upon the electronegativities, sizes of the two atoms, temperature, pressure, bond angle, and environment (usually characterized by local dielectric constant).
