Paying back a loan for a finance company who is no longer in business? and Sixth War Loan

Paying back a loan for a finance company who is no longer in business?

I have a student loan through a company who went bankrupt and is no longer in business. Do I still need to pay back the loan?

Yes. The debt would have been sold to some other loan servicer. You should receive a notice on this, such as where to send your payment, if you have not already. Otherwise. make your payments to the same address as before. You are still responsible for repaying the loan.
