How do you calculate net bond liability?
I'm doing accounting homework and need to calculate the net bond liability for bonds issued at a discount and at a premium. Is there some set equation to figure that out? Please explain. Thanks!

Bonds Payable, at Par, less Bond Discount, or plus Bond Premium. It's also referred to as the bond's Carrying Value.
