How do I send money from the United States to an Estonian Bank Account?

I'm trying to purchase something from Estonia, and the only payment option is to a bank account. I have a US bank account and a debit card, as well as paypal. I've got the bank account number and email address of the person I'm sending to, but he doesn't have paypal. I've tried using Western Union but they don't have a "direct to bank" option for Estonia. Any recommendations?

A Bank Wire transfer. It is about $ 20-40 depending on your bank.
You don't give any idea how big the transaction is , so this may be prohibitive. You will need to get the wire transfer info for the Estonian Bank.

Much slower is a money order by mail.
