How do I obtain a title for a car that I filed bankruptcy again but the finance company wont pick up the car?

I filed bankruptcy against a dodge intrepid. But the finance company wont come and pick up the car. It has a blown engine. Can i obtain a title for the car.

Yes, you can get a title for the car. All you would have to do is pay the finance company what they are owed, and they will gladly send you the title.
