In Arizona -- if i default on my title loan what are the repercussions legal and otherwise?

repossess the car from you! Tow your car in the middle of the night. Sue you for the money you owe them, or just put you in Debtors prison for non payment. Your credit rating is in serious jeopardy if you don't work some way out to at least pay a little. Let them take the car back, but try to just pay a little.
