What does it take to become a investment banker?
Hi, i just wanted to know what does one have to do to become a very high ranking investment banker, who makes millions etc.
include everything such as: qualifications, personal traits, routine, etc.

It takes roughly 20 plus years of banking and investment experience with a solid track record, a masters degree in finance, and a highly motivated, goal oriented individual willing to work 60 or more hours a week for years and years.
