Is there a bank that does not charge to cash a check from another bank?

Im just trying to find a bank that will cash my paycheck (issued by another bank) without requiring me to deposit the check or without charging me a fee.

Unfortunately.... No.

The only way to avoid fees is to open a bank account and deposit the check into your bank account.

Try Retailers like Walmart if getting a bank acount is not an option. Their fees are very reasonable compared to some other places.
