Where would I find the current price and yield of a 10-year General Motors bond?
What accounts for the difference between the price and yield of a U.S. Treasury bond and a General Motors bond?

Any broker who is selling you the bond will likely have the current price/yield.
If not, just Google Financial or Morningstar.
As for a difference between GM and US Treasury bonds, that is like apples and oranges.
Both price and yield move the same regardless of the bond. But each's source of funding to
repay the debt differs. GM must sell cars to repay the debt. The US Government only needs to
tax its people to repay the debt.
