1) Can I start investing right now or should i wait for some more time?
2) What are the portion of my income should i invest in stock market.
3) Is there any safe investment which gives good return?

1) Doesn't matter unless you have a strong belief the market is going to go down.
2) Only invest what you can afford to lose - if you think you will need the money, don't invest in the stock market
3) The reason for number 2 above is because good return means more risk...more safety means less return

Premier Christy Clark announced a new trade and investment office will be opened in Hong Kong to increase British Columbia's economic ties with the global financial centre.
