I am paying my way through college and working part time, but the bills are getting too expensive. I heard there are websites that bid on personal financing loans. How can I get a loan through one of these places or get a loan through other companies?

Try transferring it into a 0% until whenever credit card. As long a you pay the minimum you won't be charged a huge interest rate.
