Does the renter insurance pay for the burned down building if they were at fault? and Monumental Life Insurance

Does the renter insurance pay for the burned down building if they were at fault?

Say the landlord does not have insurance but they were renting the building (the building is a restaurant) and the renters had insurance. The renters caused a fire by accident. Can their insurance pay for the damage? They are renting everything inside including stoves, dishwashers, fridges, cups bowls etc. Does their insurance pay for everything lost?
