Which of these considerations do you think is more important than the others in your investment strategy?



The basic investment considerations are risk, objectives, consistency, and simplicity.
- Risk is a situation in which the outcome is not certain but for which probabilities of success can be estimated.
- Objectives concern the purpose and length of time for which money will be invested and will affect types of investments made.
- Consistency refers to a plan for steady, ongoing investments over a long period.
- Simplicity cautions investors against putting money into complex, difficult–to–understand investments.
