What licenses/permits are required to rent a massage room in the City of Las Vegas?
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I am looking to rent a private room within in a spa/salon. I do know that I need a City of Las Vegas business license. Does anyone know whether I need to register with the Department of Taxation and get a Home Occupation Permit? Are there any other licenses/permits that I need before I can rent a massage room? Thanks for any help you can give me!
