What does PBIT mean? Does it mean that the tax and interest figures are deducted? and IMG_1415_1600x1067

What does PBIT mean? Does it mean that the tax and interest figures are deducted?

I can't figure that out if Interest and Taxation are deducted from the net profit or after deducting tax and interest, it comes to net profit. So also tell me which figure will be of net profit, before or after.
